MANAGEMENT

Head of Community
Responsible for the day-to-day workings of the Community, ensuring applications, reports and tickets are handled; and handling day-to-day logistics of the server's operation.

Head of Staff
Responsible for the productivity, synergy and disciplinaries for the South Tahoma Staff Team, and the relationship between the Staff & Community. Equally, responsible for maintaining the vision of South Tahoma Roleplay.

 

LEAD ADMINISTRATOR


Lead Administrators are responsible for the successful maintanance of a subteam, or specific section of the South Tahoma Operation. As of this writing, these subteams are Property Management, Faction Management, Roleplay Quality Management.

SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR


Senior Administrators are extremely trusted members of the team who have served an extensive period of time under the Staff team, typically they are the assistant head of a sector of workload for the project; and are trusted with handling more sensitive applications, reports and tickets.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR


General Administrators have passed their probation period within the Staff team, and are eligible to handle the majority of administrative matters independently. They are equipped to dish out assistance, help, in-game disciplinaries & commands to assist with the day-to-day handling of the project.

JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR


Junior Administrators are introductory-level administrative staff that have ascended above their time with our Support Team, they are eligible to assist with some elements of day-to-day logistics and administrative; but are typically supervised in most matters.

SUPPORT STAFF


Support Staff are the absolute bread and butter of the operation. They are primarily responsible for the welcoming of new members of the community, and begin to have a hand in in-game & discord ticket handling to get a taste of administration. They receive full access to the Staff guidelines & protocols, to learn passively while handling exciting new applications.

DEVELOPERS


The Developers are the backbone of our community's technical operations. They are responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the various systems and features that keep our community thriving.
