ST-RP
P1.0 GENERAL PROPERTIES General Properties are individual player housings. Lots of these properties are available for purchase across the map, and are marked with the icon. These properties come with a storage, wardrobe and 'key' system, allowing you to freely distribute keys to other characters who may live with you, or have access for other reasons. P1.1 Property Ownership You may own one (1) General Property across your account. This means only one (1) character may own a general property. P1.2 Property Activity All owned general properties must be used actively in roleplay. Inactive properties will be reclaimed (with or without prior notice) and redistributed. Any player is welcome to 'query' the activity of a property through the Discord ticket system, under 'Property Questions'. If your property is reclaimed, the inventory (and any items within) will be lost without the opportunity for reclamation. 'Squatting' on a property, in where you log on once a month to engage in minimal roleplay with the goal of 'holding' on to a property will be met with the property being reclaimed. P1.3 Property Tax General Properties are subject to Property Tax. This tax rate can be anywhere between $10 to $100 a month, and is taken out automatically on the 25th of each month. If a property is lost to tax, it will not be returned to you. It is your responsibility to ensure your tax ledger is filled with the necessary tax before this date. We will not entertain ignorance of this system. If you will be on vacation, can not access your property or such conditions arise on the tax date - please let us know in: P1.4 Realistic Ownership Characters are expected to consider the below parameters when selecting a general property to own, as well as common sense. Character wealth. Distance to character's workplace. Appropriate usage (a farm should belong to a farmer, a mansion should belong to High Society, etc.). Character relationship with the local community. P1.5 Property Transfers Players are forbidden from selling or 'transferring' any properties that are whitelisted, or approved through Property Applications. These properties must be applied for again by the new to-be owner. P2.0 BUSINESS PROPERTIES Business Properties are properties that have a sole purpose to serve a business, typically awarded through Business Applications. These properties are largely unavailable for general purchase. Kindly seek the above link to read more about business properties. P3.0 MAPPING Mapping refers to adding, removing or modifying in-game visual assets, such as tables, bushes, buildings, props and so on and so forth. It's possible to apply for mapping here, however kindly note this is a time consuming, tedious process performed by volunteers that reserve the right to accept or deny working on a mapping request if they do not feel confident enough to fulfill it. To that end, players may apply for mapping, be accepted for mapping, and then be subject to an indefinite wait for a mapper to become available. If you have access to a mapper or know how to map yourself you may request to do your own mapping/employ your friend to fulfill your request at the approval of the Property Management team. JSON files must be relinquished to the Property Management team to be thoroughly inspected for realism, quality and optimisation before implementation. P3.1 MLOs, YMAPs, XMLs The aformentioned file types allow for us to enter 'prefabricated' instances into our world. For example, the Blackwater Reborn MLO opens up a multitude of buildings in Blackwater, in the same style as default interiors in Red Dead Redemption 2. If you're applying for an MLO, you'll be asked if you intend to pay for it yourself; and if you understand that it can be removed from the server in the face of technical fault. Kindly note most MLO content creators will not offer you a refund.
