  1. Respect Oriented — This character does most things for the respect they gain through affiliating with their respective band of outlaws. Getting respect from their peers is their number one priority, whether it be from the notoriety they gain from lawmen, their bandit counterparts, or regular townsfolk. Born in Nuevo Paraíso, somewhere near Escalera to parents of mixed Spanish origin in the year of 1854. Cordicioso's father was a vaquero; a herdsman or cowboy — a term used in reference to cowboys in areas (such as Mexico and the southwestern U.S.) where Spanish is spoken. He was taught the same practices at an early age and as the years progressed, he became known as a proficient farmhand throughout the Punta Orgullo region following in the steps of his father in order to make ends meet. However, in 1873, he had a disagreement with a rancher by the name of Esteban Herrera who he had been working under at the time regarding four weeks worth of pay. Herrera refused to pay him his wages and even went as far as to insult him by laughing about it which ultimately led to Herrera attempting to draw his pistol, but Codicioso managed to draw first and shoot him dead. Two of his fellow farmhands along with Herrera's brother rushed to the scene to exact revenge where Codicioso held his ground and shot all of them. Although they were all hit, there was only one that died from the wounds sustained resulting in two deaths at the hands of Codicioso. He fled north and eventually conjugated with Billy Finch and the Madison Gang before it's demise. A(n) seasoned Mexican pistolero known as Gruesome Greedy or Él Codicioso started running alongside the Bill Wade Gang after years of operating as a lone bandit in New Austin after having previously been a member of the Madison Gang. He and Bill Wade established a brotherly bond after years of knowing each other despite their criminal past, and he would later on go to assume a role similar to his mentor due to his experience and seniority. The influence he would hold over Bill Wade sometimes creates tension because Bill is terrified of only a few individuals; him being one of them due to stories of him dodging the noose after the murder of a cavalryman in the year of 1876 with no evidence found. —
