Depends on the number of people this is either very easy to do or extremely hard to do. The higher you go the more harder it is to void to prevent future metagame, but for situations that have a isolated handful of characters I don't see why not.

My personal opinion, I support this. I miss snow.

The only downside is a inherent meta that happens, outlaws and law will know that any horse or wagon on the roads is 100% a player instead of a NPC.

Probably not possible with current foraging script, sorry. To explain on dev terms: Wild plants are not random, they are each their own x,y,z coords so it would be unlikley to lock out certain plants.

Technically doable via the camp system but what you ask hasn't been done before, though I like the idea need a dev opinion if it can be done.

I made Belle back in RDRP starting out as just doing Tarot but then expanding to the ever popular magic lantern shows and ever since then have continued to revive her on MDRP and here on STRP, there are so so many people to thank whove I met ICly but I will list some. @Idatts on Ana Jacinto - One of Belle's closest friends and someone who pushed Belle out of her shell, one of the best female characters on the server in terms of richness and RP quality beyond what people may assume on a first glance. Never judge a book by it's cover and Ana Jacinto is the prime example of that. On top of Ana I will credit EVERYONE AT HEC as well for putting up with Belle's brand of optimistic craziness. @Prisvalde on Marlene Messer - The other close friend of Belle and in many ways a kindred spirit from different cultures and certainly behaviors. A character and a player that I greatly respect for their tactfulness and imagination when it comes to RP. I'll be sure to look out for what you have planned! @kate for RPQM advice and pushing me to finally fix Belle's face and generally giving tips on some portrayal of her. I wish we interacted way more but ah I actually stay within counties I RP and don't become miss Worldwide. @ichabods.brane19 - Although we didn't interact too much here I'll still like to credit you for some ideas and discussions we've had on our MDRP days when we ran that hotel, was the best of times.

This is pretty much my thoughts on the matter, and as for the known exploit: It's being looked into being fixed to at least not have chat spawn there on accident and another thing anyone using this exploit for MG or harassment purposes will be punished under 15.2. Once the glitch has been fixed I think it'll be fine.

If everyone is left for dead then everyone becomes the terminator and survives grevious injuries all the time. Shootings would become somewhat meaningless if everyone can crawl to a doctor no matter how large the shootout was. You'll get a line of people crawling to a Doctor, not everyone is the Revenant.

My opinion is that a L4D system is a good system in other games. The problem you're going to have is that not all deaths are perfect and people will oddly turn into terminators, in RDR2 you can literally blow people's heads off with a shotgun and this would be visible to all, how would someone be in a downed state in that. There's also the issue of location and timezone, say if John Smith kills Joe Bloggs in a far away area in Colter in Australian timezone, how long would Joe feasibly have to wait on "death's door" persay. Because of that and also due to @Vulcenus's comments I'm personally against it.

Eventually depending on the hitches we may add it back, there's some confusion here in that the rollercoaster traintracks are connected to the trainscript as is @Faledak's suggestion. The script may have been causing hitches/memory leaks so we disabled it for now to see (Faledak's trainscript ALSO may cause hitches/memory leaks not to mention causing the train rpers more suffering in learning a new script again).
