In your own hypothetical example voiding that scene punishes the non-rulebreaker (Chad) more than it punishes the rulebreaker (Billy).Β Situations do get voided, its just based on the judgement of the handling admins on a case by case scenario. -

Depends on the number of people this is either very easy to do or extremely hard to do. The higher you go the more harder it is to void to prevent future metagame, but for situations that have a isolated handful of characters I don't see why not. -
